               இதுகாறும் நம்முடன் தபால்காரராக பணியாற்றி அஞ்சல் எழுத்தராக பதவி உயர்வு பெற்று, 14.12.15 முதல் அஞ்சல் எழுத்தராக பதவியேற்கும் தோழர்களுக்கு அனைத்திந்திய அஞ்சல் மூன்று சங்கம்,கடலூர் கோட்டம் சார்பாக வாழ்த்துக்களை தெரிவித்து கொள்கிறோம்! தோழர்கள் அனைத்திந்திய அஞ்சல் மூன்று சங்கத்தில் இணைய தோழமையுடன் அழைக்கிறோம்! அவர்களுக்கான Place of Posting order இதோ!

                       On successful completion of PA Induction training at Postal training Centre, Madurai for the period from 05/10/15 to 17/12/15 , the competent authority has ordered for promotion of the following LGO Candidates of Cuddalore Division to the cadre of Postal Assistants, are posted to work as   Postal Assistants in the Pay Band (PB-I) of `Rs.5200-20200 plus Grade Pay `Rs.2400/- plus usual allowances in the offices noted against each.

2.         The promotions of the above mentioned officials will take effect from the date on which the officials actually join the post of Postal Assistants.

3.         Under the provisions contained in OM No F7/1/80-Estt dated 26.9.81 of Department of personnel and training, New Delhi incorporated in Govt of India order below FR 22, the officials who are promoted on regular basis are entitled to exercise an option for fixation of pay on promotion under FR 22 I (a)(1) on the date of promotion or on the date of accrual of next increment in the scale of pay in lower post. The option in this regard should be exercised within one month from the date of promotion. Options once exercised are final. The official now promoted on regular basis are not entitled for any pay fixation in the pay band and Grade Pay applicable to Postal Assistants  cadre if they have already availed the benefit while their financial up gradation under TBOP/BCR/MACP Scheme.

4.         The appointing authority reserves the right either to modify or cancel the promotion, if the official is found not eligible for promotion or if found necessary for any cause at a later date.

5.         It should be ensured that no vigilance /Disciplinary case is pending or contemplated or punishment is current against the above mentioned official while effecting Promotion in accordance with the DO P&T O.M. No 22011/2/86-Estt(A) dated 12.1.88 from DO P&T memo No 25-19/88-SPG dated  4.5.88(Subsequently) revised vide DO P&T memo No 22022/4/91-Estt (A) dated 14.9.92 circulated vide Directorate’s memo no 25-19/88-SPG dated 13.9.92.

6.         The promotion in case of SC/ST official is subject to verification of his caste status.
